Firstly you will want to go to the Witnesses page via the Murder page. You will need to buy a witness statement finding out who killed MarkoKudrov.
The witness statement will cost $100,000. If you are unable to find it use the search function at the bottom of the screen.
Upon receiving the witness statement, go back to the Operations page and hand the witness statement to Dimitri Kosmanov.
Part 2
Dimitri will tell you that MikhailKabysh killed MarkoKurdrov. Your job is to shoot him.
Hire a Detective via the Murder page to search for MikhailKabysh. You can use Svetlana Golovkin, or Leonid Lisovskii. Svetlana is cheaper, but takes longer. Pay her $250,000.
The detective will CM you with the location of MikhailKabysh, double check the location via the Murder page under "Detective Results". Then fly to which city Mikhail is in.
