Run by Kirovska Insurances, you can purchase a weekly plan which covers all your health care needs. With the possibility of failing *Smuggles, Criminal Jobs and Robberies, the Hospital is an important location. New Accounts receive one free week of Premium Health Care, and coverage can be renewed when there is less than one day remaining on your plan. When you are checked into the hospital you are unable to use the majority of game functions if you Health is below 80%, If you Health is above 80% then you can carry on using the game features as normal.

- No Plan Hospital services: 8% health recovery for every hour checked in. Each hour costs $525,000

- Basic Plan Hospital services: 5% health recovery for every hour checked in. Hospital visits are free, but the basic plan costs $150,000 per week.

- Premium Plan Hospital Services: 10% health recovery for every hour checked in. Hospital visits are free, but the premium plan costs $240,000 per week.

- Instant Health: 10 credits per 10% health increase. No hospital check-in is required.
