You can buy a variety of illegal goods here, which you can then sell in another city for a higher price, in the hopes of making a nice profit.

Beware though, there is a chance you can get caught, someone steal your items or you getting shot. There is also a chance the Dealer won't have enough cash to cover the cost of your items and will give you part cash and some items. There is also a limit on how many goods you can sell and buy at a time which is rank dependant along with a 5minute cooldown when selling your goods.

You can also negotiate a better price for your goods once every 12hours, there is also a risk of the dealer offering you less money for your goods when negotiating so be careful.
